Macallan 12 year old double cask has been aged in a combination of American oak and ex sherry casks , leaving a rich malt whisky which combines a creamy butterscotch, candied orange nose with a citrus and wood spices (ginger and nutmeg) palate, that lingers around leaving a warm sweet glow with every drink.
